Shipping Policy
At Redmondance, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout. These charges include packaging, handling and shipping costs. For your convenience, all shipping charges will be included in your order total.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Redmondance is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
Damages and Loss
Redmondance is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. However, we are here to help - please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please contact our support team at [email protected] for assistance.
International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches the destination country.
